Selling the family home of 22 years can be a stressful experience. Having a Real Estate Agent who understands what you are going through made a big difference. From my original meeting with Clare right through the sales campaign I found communication with her to be outstanding, everything she said she would do she did , it was such an easy process and a pleasure to be part of. When it came down to the final negotiations, that too was so easy and quick, especially as I was driving my Uber car at that moment. I think it was as the little things Clare did that made a difference, like doing what she said she would and for respecting our request to ask buyers to remove their shoes when venturing upstairs.
