Sarah has recently re-joined Yard after 2.5 years of living back home in New Zealand. With 5 years experience within the Property Management field, starting as an Assistant Property Manager, she rapidly rose to managing her own portfolio. Sarah loves the ‘people’ side of Property Management and enjoys building relationships with owners and tenants alike. She is also a keen problem solver, finding this a very rewarding side of her role.
Prior to working in Property Management, Sarah obtained experience in customer service, retail and finance, across not only New Zealand and Australia but also Canada. It is this exposure to different walks of life that Sarah credits her ability to work so positively with clients, allowing her to intuitively read people and treat them accordingly. Sarah is a very adaptable team member who keeps her cool and remains positive, personable and approachable even in the face of challenging situations.
Sarah holds numerous qualifications including a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Journalism, a Cert IV in Finance and of course her Property Management Registration. In her spare time, Sarah loves reading, photography, and exploring Perth with her Husband.
