Kelly began her real estate career in 2016 in Hamilton, New Zealand, with Lodge Real Estate. Within her first three years, she established herself as a driven and capable agent, earning the Rookie Agent of the Year award for 2017/2018.
In 2019, Kelly broadened her experience by moving into commercial real estate, before transitioning into an asset management role with a development management company. She later joined her family optometry business as Operations and Business Manager, where she further developed her strengths in organisation, leadership, and strategic oversight.
Kelly returned to residential real estate in 2024, joining Paula Wenhamat Lugtons — a high-performing team that achieved 3rd place in the company for the 2025/2026 year. This experience reinforced her passion for the fast-paced, people-focused nature of the industry.
Known for her ability to build genuine connections, Kelly prides herself on bringing people alongside her and working collaboratively with both clients and team members. A natural at networking, her approachable nature, combined with strong communication skills and attention to detail, allows her to create a seamless and positive experience for those she works with.
Kelly has made the move to Perth to embrace a new chapter and fresh opportunities and joined Yard Property in June 2026. She brings with her a wealth of experience, a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys planning her next travel destination, attending the horse races and loves cooking and entertaining friends and family.
