Delilah’s passion for real estate and homes has been the driving force behind her dynamic career in the industry. She began her journey in 2018 as a receptionist and, within just three months, transitioned into a property management assistant role. Captivated by the ever-evolving nature of the field, Delilah embraced its daily challenges and diverse experiences, thriving in an environment that constantly pushed her to grow.

Throughout her career, Delilah has expanded her expertise by taking on various real estate roles, seamlessly blending her background in hospitality to refine her interpersonal skills. This unique combination has allowed her to adapt and excel in an industry that demands versatility and a strong understanding of client needs.

Delilah is no stranger to Yard, having worked with us from 2021 to 2022. Seeking new experiences in the post-COVID world, she made the bold decision to relocate to Canada. This transformative journey pushed her personal and professional boundaries, offering invaluable growth. After returning to Australia, Delilah spent a year in hospitality before reigniting her passion for property management in 2024, managing properties in Broome.
