As a North Fremantle local, Gemma has grown up surrounded by the lifestyle and close-knit community that make the area so unique. Her genuine love for the neighbourhood, combined with her friendly and approachable nature, will allow her to build lasting relationships and create positive experiences for all clients she meets.
Having completed her Unrestricted Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Property Management and Sales) while working part-time, managing a highly rated Airbnb and coaching junior netball, Gemma brings a strong work ethic and a capability for delivering successful outcomes.
Her background in customer service while employed at IGA for four years has equipped her with the confidence to communicate with people from all walks of life, always with honesty, professionalism and care.
Beginning her career with Yard Property marks an exciting new chapter, where Gemma is looking forward to learning from an experienced team while helping clients achieve their property goals with confidence.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym and making the most of the coastal lifestyle. Whether she’s coaching netball, skiing or scuba diving, she loves embracing new experiences and connecting with the people around her.
