Kelly Waddell

Kelly Waddell brings a thoughtful, attentive approach to property management, backed by years of hands-on industry experience. Known for her calm and measured temperament, she approaches every situation with genuine care and persistence.

Her ability to listen, communicate clearly and keep things in perspective allows her to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. Empathetic by nature, Kelly takes the time to understand what matters most to people, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and consideration.

Kelly began her career in real estate while at university, working in her family’s business before spending several years in interior design roles. She later returned to property, gaining extensive experience in both property management and accounts, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry.

Since 2020, Kelly has progressed from a support role into a dedicated Property Manager, bringing valuable experience and a practical, hands-on approach to her role at Yard.

Connected to the local community, Kelly is actively involved in her children’s school and sporting activities, from volunteering at Palmyra Primary School to supporting dance, cricket, basketball and Aussie rules. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including Dot (dog) and George (cat), playing backyard cricket or cheering on her kids at performances and games.
