Onyii is a friendly and approachable Property Manager who believes that kindness, empathy and integrity are at the heart of great customer service. She understands that successful property management is built on trust, clear communication and treating both landlords and tenants with fairness and respect. Her calm and proactive approach helps build strong relationships and positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Onyii began her real estate career in 2013 in property sales, gaining valuable experience in Lagos and Dubai before relocating to Perth. In 2023, she transitioned into property management, where she has developed a reputation for being reliable, professional and solutions focused. She is passionate about protecting her landlords’ investments while ensuring tenants feel heard, supported and valued throughout their tenancy.

Known for her genuine care for people and strong communication skills, Onyii enjoys helping clients navigate every stage of their property journey with confidence. She takes pride in delivering a high standard of service and believes every client deserves to feel listened to, respected and supported.

Outside of work, Onyii enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children. She loves travelling, cooking and creating lasting memories with her family and is excited to begin this new chapter with the Yard team.
