At Yard, Pascale oversees brand strategy, agent marketing and property management marketing to strengthen the agency’s market presence. She’s passionate about driving business growth while upholding high standards of quality and performance in this competitive industry.
With an international educational background, holding qualifications from Berghs School of Communication in Stockholm and a Bachelor’s degree from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Pascale brings a global perspective and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Pascale is a big believer in teamwork and loves working alongside our sales agents and property managers to make sure their marketing stands out. She played a key role in Yard’s brand refresh in 2024 and is proud to be part of the new and exciting changes happening across the business. Known for her friendly nature and positive outlook, Pascale enjoys creating genuine connections with clients, the team and the local community through events, fundraisers and community activities.
