Trish Wademan brings dedication, reliability and a genuine care for people to everything she does. With a strong work ethic and a naturally positive attitude, Trish is known for being self-motivated, organised and committed to delivering excellent service to every client she works with.
Trish began her real estate career in 2009 with the team that is now part of Yard, bringing with her over 17 years of industry experience. In 2014, she completed her Sales and Property Management qualification, expanding her knowledge across both areas of real estate. Her versatility, persistence and willingness to keep learning mean she’s always looking for ways to grow and better support her clients.
Having lived in the City of Melville community for 58 years, Trish has a deep personal connection to the area and the people who call it home. Before working in real estate, she spent 30 years as a personal trainer, building strong relationships with local families and helping people achieve their goals, something that still drives her today.
Friendly, loyal and approachable, Trish values creating genuine connections and making every interaction a positive one.
Outside of work, Trish enjoys staying active, travelling, fitness, supporting local community events and spending time with friends and family. She’s also a proud mum of two daughters and grandmother to two granddaughters.
