We’re seeing steady demand here, whether it’s for a modern apartment with a view or a cozy character home tucked away in the back streets. If lifestyle is high on your list, this is the place to be.

Bicton & Palmyra: Space to Grow

Bicton and Palmyra continue to be popular with families and those looking for that balance between city convenience and community living.

With bigger blocks, leafy streets and great access to parks, schools and shops, it’s no surprise rental demand stays strong. We’re seeing a lot of interest from people looking to settle into homes where they can put down roots, there’s a real ‘neighbourhood’ feel here.

North Fremantle: A Quiet Gem on the Rise

North Freo doesn’t always get the attention it deserves, but it’s definitely gaining popularity, especially with young professionals and those chasing that relaxed, riverside lifestyle.

There’s a good mix of rentals here, from modern apartments to charming older homes, and the community vibe is definitely growing. It’s one to watch if you’re after something a little bit different but still close to the action.

Attadale & Melville: Peaceful and Family-Focused

If you’re after somewhere a bit quieter with lots of green space, Attadale and Melville are still hot spots for renters looking for a slower pace.
