As a family owned business, we know all good relationships are built on open and honest communication. We’ll keep you constantly aware of the status of your property, your account and your tenant. We take a hands-on approach to managing our clients assets and are fully aware that the buck stops with us. We’ve got a great team of people working together who are committed to giving you the standard of service you deserve – professional, honest and respectful. You’ll get to know us on a personal level and so will your tenants. At all times, your objectives are ours: maximising return, protecting and enhancing values and minimising stress.
Getting the house in order
We’ll ensure your property meets all regulated compliance standards to minimise any potential ongoing risks to you. Throughout their natural life cycles, investment properties require ongoing maintenance to ensure they leverage the best returns and protect and enhance value.
Your marketing campaign begins
In a competitive market, we’ll ensure your property stands out from the rest with the lowest possible vacancy time. Your home will be photographed and professionally listed on real estate portals. An EDM (electronic direct mailout) will be sent out to our database of renters who are actively looking for a home.

Your property is your tenants home
We believe that selecting the right tenant for your home leads to a longer term commitment from them and higher returns for you. We personally interview all of our applicants and undertake a rigorous selection process to find tenants who will care for your property as their own.
Communication is key
We’ll keep you informed about your property in real time as well as providing access to our online portal where you have full ongoing access to income and expenditure statements, can view inspections and update maintenance progress at any time to suit you.
We look after your property as if it’s our own
You’ll receive ongoing feedback as to the condition of your property with detailed reports provided to you. We have a vested interest in maintaining the property to the highest standards and can draw on the skills and experience of trusted local tradies and suppliers as required and approved by you.
We take care of the rest
All rental income is collected throughout the month then forwarded less expenses to owners in the first week of each month. We do not charge a fee for making payments on your behalf for rates, utilities, insurances, taxes, services and maintenance.
