• Do a quick generic tidy-up – Clear clutter, wipe benches, vacuum or sweep floors.

• Bathrooms count – Clean shower screens, sinks and tiles to keep mould at bay.
• Check the outside – Mow lawns, pull weeds and sweep verandas or balconies.
