Todd made the whole buying experience so easy and straightforward. We really appreciated his personable and friendly approach. Todd took care of the whole process from beginning to end with professionalism and care. (At one inspection we found him watering the garden because it was not looking it’s best) His attention to details and subtlety is clearly reflected in his business principle for YARD. We were already very happy on Settlement Day, but Todd made it even more special with a courtesy bottle of Billecart-Salmon to mark it.
